These terms govern your use of Kanutus, a real-time voice translation service for online calls offered through a desktop app and kanutus.com. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. Keep your sign-in method secure.
Acceptable use
- Tell the people on your calls when you use translation or a synthesised voice, as required by the laws that apply to you.
- Only create a voice from your own recordings. Do not clone or imitate anyone else's voice.
- Do not use Kanutus for fraud, impersonation, harassment or any unlawful purpose.
Translations
Translations are generated automatically and may contain errors. Do not rely on them where a mistake could cause harm (for example medical, legal or safety decisions) without confirming with a qualified human.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Usage limits and prices are shown in your account. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email or in the app.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kanutus is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
