What counts as a minute?
Only when you speak
A minute is 60 seconds of active translation. Silence and muted time never count.
Every language, every plan
All 26 languages, in both directions, are included in every plan. No extra charge per language.
Plan minutes renew
They reset every billing cycle and don't accumulate. Yearly plans grant 12 months of minutes upfront.
Pack minutes wait
One-off packs last 12 months and are only used after your plan minutes run out.
Billing questions
01Can I cancel?
Anytime, from the payment portal in your account. You keep what you paid for until the end of the cycle.
02Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated credit of minutes; downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle.
03Can my team share minutes?
Each speaker needs their own account and voice. For shared pools, invoicing and SLAs, Business and Enterprise are the right fit — talk to us.
04What if I run out?
Buy a minute pack from inside the app and keep talking. Pack minutes don't expire for 12 months.
05Is there a free trial?
Not yet. Start with the smallest pack if you want to test on one call before subscribing.
