Welcome to kanutus, operated by CODEMART LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our AI-powered job search platform. By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

kanutus was designed with privacy in mind. We do NOT collect or store:

• Passwords or authentication credentials
• Payment or credit card information directly
• Precise geographic location data
• Detailed browsing behavior profiles

We use social login providers for authentication. Your identity is maintained exclusively by these providers.

• Google: Name, email, profile picture
• LinkedIn: Name, email, profile picture (when enabled)

We do not have access to your passwords. All authentication is managed by third-party providers.

The minimal data we store includes:

• User ID from social login provider
• Resumes created or uploaded on the platform
• Application history made by the autonomous agent
• Credit balance and transaction history
• Subscription status and plan information
• Job search preferences and settings

kanutus offers an autonomous AI agent that acts on your behalf. To function, the agent may process:

• Your resume data for automatic creation and adaptation
• Your preferences for intelligent job searching
• Information needed to automatically apply to matching jobs

The agent only acts with your explicit authorization. You can revoke access at any time in your account settings.

If you choose to connect your LinkedIn account, the following additional data processing occurs:

• Your LinkedIn session credentials are shared with Unipile (our third-party automation provider) to execute actions on your behalf
• A log of automated actions (messages sent, invitations, connections) is stored for your reference
• LinkedIn profile data accessed through automation is processed temporarily and not permanently stored beyond what is needed for the requested action
• We do NOT store your LinkedIn password. Authentication is handled entirely by Unipile's secure hosted authentication system

LinkedIn automation is entirely opt-in. Your LinkedIn data is only processed when you explicitly connect your account and enable automation features. You can disconnect at any time.

All payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe. kanutus does NOT have access to card numbers, security codes, or banking information.

Stripe is PCI-DSS certified and maintains the highest industry security standards. We only store a Stripe customer identifier to associate transactions with your account.

We use the data we store to:

• Provide and maintain the job search service
• Process credit purchases and subscriptions
• Operate the autonomous application agent
• Prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Use
• Improve platform quality and functionality
• Communicate important service updates

We share data with the following services:

• Google — Authentication and account management
• Stripe — Payment processing
• OpenAI — Semantic search, resume adaptation, and job agent
• Supabase — Data storage and authentication
• Unipile — LinkedIn automation (messaging, invitations, profile access). Only activated with your explicit consent when you connect your LinkedIn account

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• SSL/TLS encryption for all transmissions
• Secure storage on certified infrastructure
• Strict access controls to systems
• Continuous security monitoring

You can request account deletion at any time. After the request (30-day period):

• Your resumes and application history will be removed
• Your credit balance will be lost (non-refundable)
• Active subscriptions will be canceled
• Transaction data may be retained for legal requirements

• Access your data and application history
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your resumes and data
• Disable the autonomous agent at any time
• Revoke access to social login providers

For California residents: you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what data we collect and request its deletion.

We only use essential cookies for session management, security, and basic platform functionality.

We do NOT use tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies.

Our service is intended only for users who have reached the age of majority in their country of residence. We do not intentionally collect information from minors.

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified by email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United States of America. We comply with:

• CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)
• COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)
• CAN-SPAM Act for email communications
